“Even I Could Do That,” is a Nuit Blanche art project by artist, Teemu Paloranta.
Over 200 people took part in this project by making their mark on a 9 ft by 14 ft canvas. We have cut the pieces up into 6 individual canvases each taking on a unique look of their own.
This art collection exhibits the abstract expressionist way of painting to show emotion. The idea behind the work was to show the action of painting and the release of emotion.
Post-Nuit Blanche, Teemu Paloranta spent hours getting these paintings up to par and ready to become individual works of art.
Even through over 200 people working on this project, Teemu Paloranta is able to deliver the same message to his audience as he always does. This message introduces the idea that art is purely aesthetic for him and there are so many different ways to portray abstract. All art is subjective and people cannot always explain why they enjoy an image, they just do.
Teemu Paloranta just does.
